Assignments that stay current
Move units with quick assignments or the full assignment list. Changes made from the unit view or accountability stay in step.
Built for the fireground
IncidentNorth gives command staff a focused place to assign units, track accountability, mark benchmarks, and share an incident—without turning the command board into another distraction.
A board built around the incident
The essentials stay visible and usable, so command can update the plan as conditions change and everyone works from the same picture.
Move units with quick assignments or the full assignment list. Changes made from the unit view or accountability stay in step.
Keep personnel, apparatus, and current assignments together instead of rebuilding the picture from separate notes.
Record meaningful progress, keep an incident timeline, and give invited partners a controlled view when coordination crosses departments.
Controlled access
The full command board is reserved for signed-in members of an active department. Incident sharing is a separate, limited path—not a shortcut into the rest of the system.
Members must sign in and belong to an active department before using the full command board.
A shared link and PIN open only the incident that was shared—not the department’s full board or settings.
When the incident is ended, shared access ends with it.
Previously authorized devices retain a limited offline grace period when connectivity is temporarily unavailable.
Local launch program
IncidentNorth is offering a no-cost pilot to fire departments in Polk County, Florida. The goal is simple: put the board in front of real command staff, learn from real use, and earn trust through performance.
